"On behalf of Hope House we want to thank the Kiwanis Club of Lake Ozark for their very generous donation of $2,500. This year Kiwanis donated $38,350 to over 23 local non-profits at an event at Red Head Yacht Club. The mission of Kiwanis is “To Service the Children of the World”. Kiwanis members help shelter the homeless, feed the hungry, mentor the disadvantaged, and care for the sick. They develop youth as leaders, build playgrounds, raise funds for pediatric research, and much more. Each year the clubs sponsor nearly 150,000 service projects and raise more than $107 million. Kiwanis continues to be a big supporter of Hope House and for that we are very thankful." ~ Hope House
